Earlier this year, the KSB Career Services Office collaborated with the College of Engineering at KNUST to host a Career Fair. The event brought together major companies across various industrial sectors, with key personnel such as talent acquisition managers and HR managers actively recruiting industry-ready students for NSS opportunities and graduate trainee programs.
The fair also featured several major activities, including live interview sessions, aptitude tests, and plenary sessions focused on what industries seek in potential employees and how students can prepare to secure job market opportunities.
Additionally, our students had the chance to interact and network with a variety of companies, pitch themselves, and establish valuable contacts, thereby enhancing their employability prospects.
