Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
Duties:
- Management: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Promoting & Marketing the Restaurant: Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract customers (e.g., discounts, special events, seasonal offers).
- Managing Online Presence: Ensure the restaurant’s website, social media, and online reviews are updated and engaging.
- Event Planning: Manage event planning and execution at the restaurant (e.g., private parties, corporate gatherings, and in-house promotions).
- Other Responsibilities: Any additional duties assigned by the Reporting Line.
